Chef Susan attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Miami, FL where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in 1986 in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Susan will often take time out of her busy schedule to work with local organizations like Dade County Schools, teaching students how to cook healthy.
Soco also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and has been involved in the South Florida Catering business ever since.
Soco also managed a Gift Shop for several years where she introduced her flair for design with gourmet gift baskets, floral arrangements and other decorative techniques.
